3. Payment Processing

• Online payments made through the Hillmen app or website are processed securely via Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway.

• Hillmen does not collect, store, or have access to users’ card details, UPI PINs, net banking credentials, or wallet passwords.

• Payment-related data is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy and security standards.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, only order and delivery-related details are collected.

4. Refunds & Returns Processing

• In case of order cancellation, return, or refund, necessary order and payment-related information is used to verify and process the request.

• Refunds for online payments are processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.

• COD refunds, where applicable, are processed through bank transfer or in-app wallet.

• Refund and return processing data is used only for order resolution purposes and is not stored beyond legal or operational requirements.

5. Shipping & Logistics

• We use Delhivery as a third-party logistics service provider to deliver orders and provide shipment tracking.

• User data such as name, phone number, and delivery address is shared only for order fulfillment purposes.

6. App Permissions & Analytics

• We use Firebase to send push notifications, analyze app performance, track crashes, and improve user experience.

• Device and usage data may be collected for analytics, fraud prevention, and security.

• Any optional permissions requested by the app are used strictly for functionality and are not misused.

7. Referral Program & Wallet

• Users may refer others using referral codes.

• Referral rewards are credited to the in-app wallet.

• Wallet balance can be used only for purchases within the Hillmen app and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

8. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• Hillmen does not sell, rent, or trade user data.

• Data is shared only with trusted third-party service providers such as:

  • Razorpay (payments & refunds)

  • Delhivery (shipping & delivery)

  • Firebase (notifications & analytics)

• Data sharing is limited strictly to service-related requirements.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

10. User Rights & Account Control

Users have the right to:

• Request account deletion by contacting customer support
