For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, only order and delivery-related details are collected.
4. Refunds & Returns Processing

In case of order cancellation, return, or refund, necessary order and payment-related information is used to verify and process the request.

Refunds for online payments are processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.

COD refunds, where applicable, are processed through bank transfer or in-app wallet.

We use Delhivery as a third-party logistics service provider to deliver orders and provide shipment tracking.
